About the Role
The Role
We are seeking dedicated, experienced coaches to fill head and assistant coaching positions across our boys and girls programs. You will lead or support technical instruction, tactical development, and character growth through structured practices and competitions with school-aged athletes.
We're looking for communicative, adaptable leaders who take mentorship seriously and are invested in the long-term success of every athlete in their care. Final team assignments are determined during the hiring process based on qualifications and program fit.
Time Commitment
Part-time, year-round. Schedules vary by season and team placement.
Compensation
Competitive Hourly rate, commensurate with experience. Tournament and travel per diem. Stable year-round hours with a clear pathway for advancement
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in water polo, swimming, or youth sports coaching
- Background or Degree in teaching or education
- Experience working with athletes ages 5–18

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Available for evening practices and weekend competitions
Reliable transportation to Highland Park and a valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the United States
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain prior to start)
USA Water Polo Coach Membership and SafeSport certification (or willing to obtain)
